We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic <strong>Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition</strong> to lead our recruitment efforts and ensure we attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the industry. </p><p><strong>You Will:</strong> </p><ul><li>Manage and mentor the Talent Acquisition team in all facets including coaching, mentorship, performance, career pathing.  </li><li>Integrate yourself with the business, understand their goals, collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs, and determine creative hiring strategies for complex positions. Prior experience with High Volume recruitment.  </li><li>Drive recruitment strategy through each stage of the funnel and evaluate areas for potential improvement or efficiency.</li><li>Assist with the implementation and facilitation of leadership development programs and internship programs.</li><li>Utilize exceptional data analytics skills to analyze recruitment metrics and drive data-driven decision-making processes. </li><li>Implement strategies to optimize recruitment processes based on data insights. </li><li>Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. </li><li>Stay abreast of Talent Attraction industry best practices and implement innovative approaches.  </li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives. </li><li>Demonstrate executive presence and the ability to influence key stakeholders on talent-related decisions. </li><li>Develop and nurture relationships with external partners, and industry networks.</li><li>Foster strong internal partnerships with cross-functional department leaders to understand team dynamics and hiring requirements. </li><li>Collaborate with Human Resources and department leaders to implement effective career succession planning.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the global TA acquisition team and other global stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.</li><li>Identify and groom internal talent for future leadership roles.</li><li>Contribute to the development of organizational policies and processes related to talent acquisition. </li><li>Implement strategies to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement. </li><li>Contribute to enhancing the company brand and community partnership activities in the Middle East.</li></ul><p><strong>You Bring:</strong> </p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred.</li><li>10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment with 5+ years of experience managing/leading a team of all levels full-life cycle recruiters with a focus on mentorship and team development.</li><li>Prior experience working in an ever-changing environment with limited structure Experience creating and executing processes and procedures. </li><li>Proven planning and execution skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple high priorities, and work through ambiguity. </li><li>Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data analytics skills with the ability to derive insights and make informed decisions. </li><li>Executive presence with the ability to influence change at all levels of the organization based on objective data. </li><li>Proven record of accomplishment in building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. </li><li>Prior experience with career succession planning and organizational development strategies. </li><li>Must be flexible to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities; ability to work under tight deadlines and plan, organize and carry out multiple detailed tasks simultaneously.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications </strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Capacity Planning.  </li><li>Ability to consider tradeoffs and cost/benefit when executing program work or drive team in a specific direction.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and insistence on high quality of work. </li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. </li><li>Has experience building foundational pieces of a Talent Acquisition organization from the ground up. </li><li>Experience using HR Software, preferably Greenhouse, and SuccessFactors. </li></ul><p> </p><p><span> Join Lucid Motors and be a part of the luxury electric vehicle revolution in the region!
