We’re building the future of sustainable building operations at scale.<h3>Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:</h3><ul><li>Build a World-Class Events Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy that blends intimate deal-closing moments with large-scale activations. Own an aggressive quota tied to qualified meetings, pipeline creation, and ARR. </li><li>Drive In-Person Sales Momentum: Partner with Sales to create a recurring cadence of local prospect lunches, VIP dinners, and market events that accelerate deals. Build repeatable playbooks for field events that consistently deliver closed-won revenue. </li><li>Dominate Conferences: Turn industry conferences into competitive advantages through presence, branding, and execution. Oversee everything from booth design to side events, maximizing meetings and pipeline. </li><li>Generate Buzz &amp; Brand Lift: Produce press-worthy activations that capture attention and position Runwise as a category leader. Partner with Comms/PR to integrate events into broader brand campaigns. </li><li>Inspire Through Creativity: Develop unique, bold experiences that prospects want to attend and talk about. Differentiate Runwise with innovative event concepts that cut through competitive noise. </li><li>Execute with Operational Excellence: Own logistics, budgets, timelines, and reporting. Build and manage a lean team and partner ecosystem.
