This responsibility is in tandem with working closely with members of the project management, infrastructure engineering, project controls, procurement, maintenance, and operations departments from preconstruction through completion and start of production. The Sr. Construction Manager oversees all self-perform work in Nevada for electrical teams.  This oversight and management includes scheduling of self-perform teams, material and equipment procurement, utility, structure, and vendor tool installations, resolving day to day construction issues, performing day to day inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications while tracking project schedule and budget. The Sr. Construction Manager is also responsible for coordinating permanent equipment/materials, construction equipment, and other construction activities to meet or exceed construction schedule deadlines. The role also entails management of existing plant modifications and scope additions under a shutdown schedule environment.  This role manages a team of Superintendents, mechanical, and electrical tradesmen. Experience with managing multiple field crews for both electrical and process piping scopes is imperative.
