And we’ll be flexible about how we do it - trying new things, growing the ones that work and learning new, green skills as we go.  This role in a nutshell:Sitting in the OVO Drive department this role will oversee the evolution of one of OVO’s flagship products, OVO Charge. This includes ideating, scoping and validating new features and products, optimising the UX through careful customer research and taking a central part in the planning and prioritisation of the team’s work. Your key outcomes will be: <ul><li>Lead a small team of Product Managers, providing day to day advice and support as well we guiding them through their career progression </li><li>Accountability for timely and reliable delivery of your work and your team’s work as well as their performance. Provide direction and hands-on technical guidance to your team, making sure key processes are understood, documented, and followed. </li><li>Own and scale a range of web and mobile based products for B2C and B2B customers </li><li>Identify areas for improvement by utilising data tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase and our data warehouse querying tool </li><li>Validate solutions with design and engineering to ensure problems are targeted with effective and scalable solutions </li><li>Write user stories and acceptance criteria to convey details about complex tasks clearly and concisely </li><li>Regularly engage with users to gather feedback on changes made to the product in a previous release or to validate proposed changes in a prototype format </li><li>Create a vision for the products you own and scale them according to a roadmap prioritised by user and business value </li><li>Continuously improve on ways of working to foster an efficient software development lifecycle </li><li>Business alignment: Work with design and engineering teams on developing team priorities based on the company’s business strategy </li><li>…probably many more things we can’t even predict at this point.</li></ul> You’ll be a successful Lead Product Manager at OVO if you…<ul><li>Possess at least 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in an end-to-end role, owning projects throughout their entire lifecycle—from ideation to delivery. </li><li>Ideally have experience leading a small team of Product Managers. </li><li>Manage and prioritise your time and projects autonomously – comfortable to define and drive the vision for your work, even when navigating some ambiguity. </li><li>Demonstrate solid understanding of Agile principles and how to adapt them to your working environment  </li><li>Experience working across a variety of digital platforms—including mobile (iOS and Android) and web—is essential.
