We are now looking for a Service Engineer to be responsible for fault analysis, repair, and testing of returned electrical modules and systems.Responsibilities:<ul> <li>On-site work at customer locations: fault analysis, repairs, and testing</li> <li>Analysis and repair of returned products at your own workstation in Lappeenranta</li> <li>Developing and maintaining working methods at service workstations</li> <li>Receiving fault reports and documenting findings (e.g. 8D reports)</li> <li>Establishing and maintaining a field failure register</li> <li>Providing remote support to customers when needed</li> <li>Participating in other tasks as necessary, such as urgent testing cases or handling returns</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Educational background in electrical engineering (B.Sc. or M.Sc.), automation engineering also applicable</li> <li>Experience in testing, fault analysis, and repair of electrical devices</li> <li>Good language skills, you can communicate fluently in English and Finnish</li> <li>Ability to work independently and with a customer-oriented mindset</li> <li>Previous experience in field service or strong motivation to learn</li> <li>Background in product development or experience in the electrical field is considered an advantage</li> <li>Recent graduates are also welcome to apply if they show motivation and relevant skills</li> <li>Willingness to travel for work</li> </ul>Benefits<ul> <li>A versatile and responsible role in a skilled and supportive team</li> <li>Opportunity to influence product quality and development</li> <li>An international working environment with growth opportunities</li> <li>Support for professional development</li> </ul>
