About the Team:The Growth Function includes Development, Partnerships and Thought Leadership and is responsible for driving philanthropic revenue and strategic partner engagement to support CDP’s mission. By cultivating and stewarding relationships with strategic funders and partners, the function ensures sustainable financial and technical support for CDP’s global programs. The team raises philanthropic and grant income from Foundations, Individuals, Corporations and Governments, with a focus on donors based in the United States and UK/Europe. The Development Team sets and implements fundraising strategy, oversees fundraising operations, and builds meaningful partnerships with donors.
