About the Team:The Growth Function includes Development, Partnerships and Thought Leadership and is responsible for driving philanthropic revenue and strategic partner engagement to support CDP’s mission. The Development Team sets and implements fundraising strategy, oversees fundraising operations, and builds meaningful partnerships with donors.
