Your Mission As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping CYCLE’s strategy directly alongside our CEO and contribute to top level company objectives. In particular, you will:  <ul><li>Design and validate new revenue models by creating compelling business cases and driving them from concept to execution.</li><li>Lead commercial negotiations with high value clients end-to-end, structuring contracts and closing deals that accelerate growth.</li><li>Drive cross-functional initiatives that shape CYCLE’s strategic roadmap and unlock new business opportunities.</li><li>Translate insights into action by conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses that guide decision-making.</li><li>Build and scale strategic partnerships that fuel ambitious growth targets and support international expansion.</li><li>Be the face of CYCLE with external stakeholders - representing us with key accounts, at industry events, and in PR opportunities.</li></ul> Your skills and qualifications We are looking for someone with strong drive, a high degree of ownership, and a hands-on mentality.
