The Opportunity: Reporting to the Senior Director of Quality, the Senior QA Developer is responsible for product testing and software validation in close collaboration with the QA team members working together with the Product Development teams. You will help lead the development, maintenance and improvement of test frameworks through a QA lens. The Senior QA Developer strives to enhance the quality of software products and solutions, focusing on automation and performance. Location of Position:This is a hybrid position based in our Burnaby, BC office. Specifically, the Senior QA Developer will be responsible for: <ul><li>Design, develop, modify, and debug complex software applications, including coding for various platforms and ensuring alignment with product requirements</li><li>Plan, schedule, and execute advanced software testing tasks, including reviewing specifications, test plans, and user documentation</li><li>Apply and expand expertise in software development and testing practices, staying updated on best practices and processes</li><li>Serve as a resource for other departments regarding testing modules and report on issues encountered, documenting test results for follow-up</li><li>Attend daily engineering status meetings. Report progress on tasks; raise issues</li><li>Manage daily QA sync meetings. Review status of QA tasks from QA team.
