As an Assistant Manager – Accounts Receivable, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Finance &amp; Accounting operations, managing a high-performing team, and driving process excellence. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and supporting strategic initiatives across Ramboll’s global operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and supervise the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, collections, and cash applications.</li><li>Develop and implement AR policies and procedures to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables.</li><li>Monitor and manage the team’s daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Analyze aging reports and coordinate efforts to reduce overdue accounts and bad debt.</li><li>Prepare and present AR performance reports and metrics to senior management regularly.</li><li>Coach, mentor, and conduct performance evaluations for AR team members to promote continuous improvement and professional growth.</li><li>Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy in AR functions.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.</li><li>Manage escalations and complex customer inquiries related to invoicing and payments.</li><li>Promote a service-oriented mindset and ensure delivery of high-quality output.</li><li>Build and maintain proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul>
