AECOM is actively seeking a bright and highly motivated Senior Administrative Assistant to support our NY Metro leadership team.Applicants should have the ability to work in-office 5 days per week (605 3rd Avenue). Key Responsibilities:  <ul><li>Oversee calendar management for senior leadership, coordinating meetings, appointments, travel logistics, and catering arrangements to ensure seamless scheduling.</li><li>Draft, revise, and format a variety of documents including correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal communications.</li><li>Process and submit expense reports; reconcile corporate credit card transactions with accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Maintain organized and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes and confidential files.</li><li>Support strategic initiatives and special projects</li><li>Lead onboarding activities to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience for new team members.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for office events.</li><li>Cultivate strong relationships with executives, clients, vendors, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration.</li><li>Manage daily office operations, expense tracking, and general administrative support.</li><li>Uphold confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information and communications.</li><li>Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to support the leadership teams as needed.</li></ul>
