As a Moveworks Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using the Moveworks platform. This role blends technical expertise, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and platform governance. You’ll work closely with business units, IT stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable Moveworks-based solutions that automate support and enhance productivity across departments (e.g., IT, HR, Finance).You will serve as the subject matter expert for Moveworks, responsible for aligning its capabilities with enterprise needs while ensuring performance, maintainability, and extensibility.This position will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include both in-office presence and telecommute/virtual work, to be based in Houston or Dallas, TX.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Solution Design: Architect end-to-end solutions using the Moveworks platform to address enterprise use cases across multiple domains.</li><li>Implementation Oversight: Collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure successful configuration, training, and deployment of conversational workflows, intents, skills, and integrations.</li><li>Integration Leadership: Design and oversee integrations between Moveworks and enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Jira, Okta, MS Teams).</li><li>Platform Governance: Define and enforce standards, naming conventions, testing protocols, and deployment best practices for Moveworks use cases.</li><li>User Experience Focus: Ensure conversational flows are intuitive, effective, and aligned with UX best practices.</li><li>Performance Optimization: Monitor platform health and user engagement metrics, identify improvement areas, and tune the system for accuracy and responsiveness.</li><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and demonstrate prototypes.</li><li>Evangelism &amp; Enablement: Guide internal teams on how to ideate, design, and support Moveworks capabilities; contribute to roadmapping and awareness of new platform features.</li></ul>
