We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Latvian Renewables Office team, where you’ll be responsible for resolution and coordination of land related issues required for the development and implementation of onshore wind, solar PV and BESS projects. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart! You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by: <ul><li>Identifying sites and landowners where there is a need to secure land rights and/or various types of land-related consents to develop onshore wind, solar PV and BESS projects, working alongside the existing Land manager</li><li>Negotiating land rights agreements (leases, superficies, easements, consents for roads and cable protection zones, etc.) with landowners with a comprehensive understanding of the terms of the agreements</li><li>Representing the organization in relations with other bodies/organizations (municipalities, national land service, cadaster &amp; register, national payment agency, etc.) and private individuals</li><li>Handling landowners/land users reports/complaints on land issues, processes information, prepares responses and works on conflicts resolution according to signed agreements with landowners</li><li>Collaborating with the legal team to oversee the delivery of accurate and complete agreements and registration process to public registers</li><li>Engaging with and assist the Land Rights Acquisition Manager and/or Project Manager on roads and cables planning process and related land rights agreements, or other related issues as they arise</li><li>Ensuring an accurate document storage and related database updates.</li></ul>
