In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation and installation of foundation structures for our offshore wind projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.Your Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage the transportation and installation activities for foundation structures in offshore wind projects.</li><li>Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.</li><li>Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations.</li><li>Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.</li><li>Provide technical expertise and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and equal opportunities for all team members.</li></ul>
