This role ensures technicians are efficiently assigned to service requests, builder punch lists, and warranty calls, while maintaining excellent communication with customers, builders, and field staff. Data Management<ul style="margin-top:4px;"><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-right:48px;margin-left:8px;">Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and warranty claims in the company’s CRM or dispatch software.</li><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-right:48px;margin-left:8px;">Track job status from assignment to completion.</li><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-right:48px;margin-left:8px;">Ensure warranty calls have proper documentation for claim processing.</li></ul>Operational Support<ul style="margin-top:4px;"><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-right:48px;margin-left:8px;">Work closely with the parts department, service technicians, and warranty department to ensure required materials and parts are available for scheduled jobs.</li><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-right:48px;margin-left:8px;">Assist in tracking technician productivity and daily route efficiency.</li><li style="margin-top:4px;margin-right:48px;margin-left:8px;">Identify scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to improve workflow.</li></ul> Qualifications <h2 style="margin-top:3px;"> </h2><ul><li style="margin-right:48px;margin-left:8px;">3+ years in a dispatching, scheduling, or coordination role;
