Your responsibility is to accurately and quickly service a very demanding client base while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards in the industry. Must have a positive attitude and work well with others.Job Summary Principal Responsibilities<ul><li>Picking, transfers and sales orders in an accurate and proficient manner</li><li>Loading Flatbed trailers with a combination of Pipe and Skids meeting MTO Standards – Training is provided</li><li>Perform Daily Safety Pre-Inspections of your Propane Counterbalance Forklift</li><li>Work proficiently against Productivity and Quality targets</li><li>Maintain a strict housekeeping standard</li><li>Report safety and security issues to your direct supervisor</li><li>All of the above will be performed in various weather</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li><li>Communicate stock errors and discrepancies clearly and effectively with team members</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Completion of a high-school Diploma or similar</li><li>Minimum 2-year experience operating Counterbalance Forklifts</li><li>Minimum 2-year experience working in a Yard distribution environment</li><li>Proven ability supporting/working with RF equipment and remote printers</li><li>Accurate and detail oriented</li><li>Skilled in managing competing priorities and problem solving under minimal supervision</li><li>Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines</li><li>Must have necessary certifications for specific machinery, Counterbalance</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>401K plan with company matching up to 5%.</li><li>Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision coverage options.</li><li>Basic safety equipment (i.e., safety glasses, ear plugs) will be provided.</li></ul><h3>IPEX is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that considers the applicant’s accessibility needs due to disability.
