To qualify, candidates should have:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related major with a strong GPA</li><li>4-8 years of experience, including experience within a bank, asset manager, hedge advisory firm, or hedge fund, with exposure to FX / interest rate derivative operations, risk reporting, or related functions</li><li>Proficiency with derivative trading systems (Bloomberg FXGO, FXall, 360t), Bloomberg, Excel, and data analytics tools (Power BI, Azure, Tableau, SQL, Python)</li><li>Proficiency with FIS Quantum a plus</li><li>Self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development</li><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills with great attention to detail</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills; strong presentation and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to represent Brookfield within the business community</li><li>Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced and team-oriented environment</li></ul>Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus).
