Functional Objectives<ul><li>Provide expert-level support and continuous improvement for SAP Logistics solutions on the SAP S/4HANA platform.</li><li>Ensure the stability, compliance, and performance of SAP modules supporting Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM).</li><li>Deliver Level 3 (L3) support and manage the end-to-end delivery of enhancements, from requirement gathering through design, testing, and deployment.</li><li>Contribute to SAP architecture governance, technical documentation standards, and IT governance processes to ensure consistency and audit readiness.</li><li>Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in SAP Logistics, supporting projects, change initiatives, and digital transformation efforts.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) to align IT solutions with business priorities and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.</li></ul>Main TasksSAP Logistics Support &amp; Operations<ul><li>Provide L3 support for SAP MM, WM, PP, QM, and PM modules, including deep-dive troubleshooting, configuration, and solution implementation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations (e.g., trade compliance, maintenance standards, quality certifications).</li><li>Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.</li></ul>Enhancement Delivery<ul><li>Manage the full lifecycle of SAP Logistics enhancements, including requirement analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, documentation, and go-live support.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, BRMs, and developers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of enhancements.</li><li>Ensure enhancements align with SAP best practices and enterprise architecture standards.</li></ul>Project &amp; Change Execution<ul><li>Participate in SAP Logistics-related projects, including S/4HANA migrations, system upgrades, and process redesigns.</li><li>Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical SAP solutions.</li><li>Support testing, training, and deployment activities.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Business Engagement<ul><li>Work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Quality teams to understand business needs and deliver SAP solutions that support operational efficiency and transparency.</li><li>Partner with BRMs to ensure alignment between IT services and business expectations, and to support strategic planning and prioritization.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Governance<ul><li>Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation for SAP Logistics configurations, interfaces, and processes.</li><li>Contribute to SAP architecture governance by ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards and integration strategies.</li><li>Support audit and compliance activities through proper documentation and traceability.</li></ul>Continuous Improvement &amp; Innovation<ul><li>Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and process optimization in logistics operations.</li><li>Stay current with SAP innovations (e.g., Embedded EWM, Predictive Maintenance, Quality Inspection Analytics) and recommend relevant improvements.</li></ul>Education and Professional KnowledgeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.</li></ul>Professional Knowledge &amp; Experience:<ul><li>5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM, WM, PP, QM, or PM modules in a manufacturing or distribution environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including new functionalities such as embedded EWM and predictive maintenance tools.</li><li>Proven experience in L3 support and enhancement delivery, including root cause analysis, functional design, and testing.</li><li>Experience with technical documentation, SAP governance, and compliance frameworks.</li><li>Familiarity with integration points between Logistics and other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO).</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.</li><li>Willingness to travel internationally up to 5–10% as required.</li></ul>#LI-PR1About Clarios: Clarios is the global leader in advanced, low-voltage battery technologies for mobility.
