What You Will Do<ul><li>Work under the supervision of the Tax Managers.</li><li>Assist with tasks related to international and domestic tax compliance as well as tax planning, tax reporting, tax controversy and transfer pricing.</li></ul>How You Will Do It<ul><li>Assisting with U.S. tax compliance duties related to international and domestic operations.</li><li>Assisting with the preparation of tax return calculations and documentation (including support for forms 1120, 1065, 5471, 8865, 8858, and state income tax returns).</li><li>Assisting with state income tax notice resolution and documentation.</li><li>Compiling and analyzing financial information and researching tax filing positions.</li><li>Assisting in the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of ongoing tax processes.</li><li>Assisting with tax planning projects as needed, from design and implementation to execution and documentation.</li><li>Supporting with components of global tax provision process.</li><li>Assisting with transfer pricing duties related to calculations, intercompany agreements and documentation.</li><li>Learn to work with non-tax corporate and operational functions such as legal, treasury, and accounting.</li></ul>What We Look For<ul><li>Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.</li><li>Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting or related field.</li><li>U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.</li><li>Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.</li><li>Duration: Starting 2026 spring semester through summer 2026. Part-time during the school year, and up to 40 hours per week in the summer.</li><li>Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship with a minimum 3 days a week in office – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions if working remotely.
