Then come join us!Position summaryTrek’s Marketing Team is seeking Paid Social Specialists to elevate our global paid social activity to new heights.  Paid Social Specialists will run paid social activity for a number of international markets, driving awareness, consideration, interaction and ultimately high-quality traffic to Trekbikes.com.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the charge in owning and managing paid social accounts for multiple international markets. Craft innovative strategies and execute day-to-day operations that elevate our online presence</li><li>Planning and execution of local campaigns in alignment with the markets' broader business goals</li><li>Implement advertising campaigns that capture the essence of our brand and drive both e-commerce and in-store sales. Experiment, test, and analyze data to make statistically significant improvements that fuel cost-efficient growth</li><li>Adapt the strategy and planning in reflection of local market cultures, languages and nuances including a clear understanding of the use of locally-specific paid social channels</li><li>Serve as one of our in-house expert in paid social platforms (e.g Meta).  Creating and optimizing campaigns to ensure success. Regularly report on Social performance, conduct in-depth analyses, and uncover insights to identify new opportunities for our campaigns – sharing these with the global social team</li><li>Support a full funnel strategy using your expertise to make recommendations and execute on budget, flighting, channel usage with a clear understanding of target demographics and assets</li><li>Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations on budget and approach based on performance, platform updates and industry insights.</li><li>Effectively brief asset requirements into multiple market stakeholders</li><li>Have a good understanding of ‘what good looks like’ in cost metrics and how to optimize these to support the brands premium positioning and growth</li><li>Stay within the paid social budgets allocated, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control and maximum ROI </li><li>Work closely with other paid channel specialists to strategize a cohesive approach to budget, strategy and performance with a good understanding of the full media ecosystem.</li><li>Leverage learnings across markets to elevate the brands overall global presence and success.</li><li>A good understanding of policies, billing and account troubleshooting in major paid social platforms (Meta ad manager, TikTok etc).</li><li>Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep a keen eye on industry trends and Meta updates ensuring Trek remains at the forefront of digital marketing. </li></ul>Skills, Experience &amp; attributes<ul><li>3+ years of experience running paid social campaigns, ideally across multiple platforms and markets</li><li>Proven understanding and success of managing paid social campaigns as part of a wider brand strategy</li><li>Ability to manage time and priorities in alignment with the business goals</li><li>Ability to clearly communicate performance and strategy to team lead or internal stakeholders</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of digital advertising metrics </li><li>Experience with google analytics (GA4); adept at data retrieval, dashboard creation, and audience development</li><li>Bring great energy and have a great sense of fun!</li></ul>We are an Equal Employment Opportunity (“EEO”) Employer.
