Performs the required processes of cleaning, documenting, and testing of Cooler parts, subassemblies, and finished goods. Utilizes production tooling, computers, and specialized equipment required for production and material/WIP tracking. Identifies and documents discrepant material. May complete rework on discrepant material or RMA material as required. Performs final verification testing and pack-out for Cooler assemblies. Our products are used in a wide array of situations to rescue people in danger, detect criminals, conserve energy, navigate safely, provide security around the globe, and protect our environment.Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Precision mechanical assembly and precision adhesive application following work instructions</li><li>Part inspection and metrology – (microscopes, calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.)</li><li>Operation of Cryogenic purge and fill systems</li><li>Use of multi-meters and precision test equipment</li><li>Use of thermal and environmental chambers</li><li>Helium leak detection using helium mass spectrometer</li><li>Set up of test equipment per test specifications</li><li>Perform measurements and tests from test procedures and document results</li><li>Complete required documentation for travelers and computer WIP tracking</li><li>Assist Engineering in developmental processes, as necessary</li><li>Support Tool Design &amp; implementation, as necessary</li><li>Documentation and/or Rework of discrepant material</li><li>Aqueous ultrasonic cleaning operations</li><li>Miscellaneous support functions, as necessary</li></ul>Job Qualifications:<ul><li>Must be able to communicate orally, read, and write using the English language</li><li>Ability to work using hands and have good manual dexterity with attention to detail</li><li>Basic computer skills - Outlook, Excel, Word</li><li>Must be able to visually inspect small parts</li><li>Must be able to use small hand tools like tweezers, hex keys, and probes/picks</li><li>Must be able to use a microscope</li><li>Must be able to use hands to move and assemble very small parts and fastening devices</li><li>Must be able to sit for extended periods of time</li><li>Must possess U.S. Citizenship or valid U.S. Permanent Resident Alien (“Green Card”) Status</li></ul>Desired skills:<ul><li>A.A. or A.S. degree or equivalent experience (e.g., military training) desired</li><li>5 years related experience with electro-mechanical assembly desired</li><li>Mechanical and electrical concepts</li><li>Ability to read and understand written test procedures</li><li>ESD procedures</li><li>ISO 9001 experience – preferred</li></ul><div></div>  Salary Range: $37,200.00-$49,600.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
