These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.​We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.  Job Description  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assemble, test and tune subassemblies and electromechanical products</li><li>Troubleshooting of subassemblies down to board level</li><li>Ability to read assembly prints, procedures and schematics</li><li>Work on projects that are complex and require judgement in resolving problems and making recommendations</li><li>Complete assembly test reports and documentations complying with Teledyne Quality policy</li><li>Comply with and assist in the enforcement of all company safety polities</li><li>Document Control as per TDY Q-policy</li><li>Ensuring all electronic transactions are appropriately recorded in ERP system</li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul><li>2-3 years technical experience in electromechanical products</li><li>AA degree or similar, electronics, electrical preferred</li><li>Knowledge in the use of basic test equipment, DMM, Oscilloscope, Power supplies, etc.</li><li>Successfully pass company provided IPC-J-STD-001 certification</li><li>Successfully pass company provided OPC/WHMA-A620, cable &amp; harness assembly cert.</li><li>Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>Ability to work with changing demands in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Attention to details</li><li>Strong electronic and mechanical aptitude</li><li>Excellent communication skills including English</li><li>Computer Experience required including a working knowledge of MSOffice programs, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook</li><li>Knowledge of continuous improvement</li><li>Ability to adapt to change and maintain a positive attitude</li><li>Experience in material control using ERP system, preferred</li></ul>Supervisory Responsibilities:<ul><li>None</li></ul>Training Requirements:<ul><li>IFS training</li><li>HSE/Quality Overview</li><li>Teledyne Ethics/Harassment</li><li>IPC/WHMA-A620-Cable and Harness Assembly</li><li>IPC-J-STD-001-Certified IPC Specialist</li></ul>Personal Protective Equipment:<ul><li>In accordance with Teledyne Marine Systems safety policies</li><li>Hard Hats required in designated areas</li><li>The use of Safety Glasses and Safety Shoes where required.</li></ul>  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
