You will be responsible for performing service operations including diagnosis, repair and troubleshooting functions, which will result in the successful repair and maintenance of Teledyne FLIR products. Under limited supervision, this person will perform set-up and calibration of all premium products and accessories. Repetitive and routine as well as intermediate tasks, using a computer, its peripherals, calibration software and various measuring devices will be performed. Provide detailed product feedback so that corrective action can be implemented.</li><li>Train other technicians in the proper use of assembly/test fixtures and product handling</li><li>Provide troubleshooting, phone/ email support, and repair support for customers</li><li>Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with customers, system users and company personnel</li><li>Technician will also be required to carry out any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the company from time to time which may include temporary assignments to other product lines or departments</li><li>Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently with little supervision</li></ul>To be ready to take on this role we would love if you haveFor us, it is more important to have the right person onboard and we are willing to tailor the role to fit your level of experience.
