Job Description:Customer Technical Service <ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues.</li><li>Provide timely and effective troubleshooting support, escalating as needed.</li><li>Document, track, and resolve customer cases, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Product) to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes.</li><li>Contribute to the creation of support resources (FAQs, knowledge base articles, process guides).  </li></ul>Internal Systems &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>Support the team in optimizing internal workflows, tools, and knowledge-sharing systems.</li><li>Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.</li><li>Assist in testing and deploying new internal tools, software, or automation solutions.</li><li>Partner with colleagues to document best practices and maintain process guidelines.  </li></ul>KPI/Dashboard &amp; Portfolio Data Management <ul><li>Assist in the collection, organization, and maintenance of performance data across the customer portfolio.</li><li>Update dashboards and reporting tools used to track KPIs.</li><li>Provide insights and reporting support for management reviews and decision-making.</li></ul>At Nextracker, we are leading in the energy transition, providing the most comprehensive portfolio of intelligent solar tracker and software solutions for solar power plants, as well as strategic services to capture the full value of solar power plants for our customers.
