We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.</div>What you’ll do: <ul><li>Own testing within Archer’s various integrated labs from planning stages through execution and reporting</li><li>Utilize lab test equipment and Archer’s simulation environment to setup test cases, validate system requirements, and investigate issues </li><li>Lead collaborative efforts with aircraft system engineers to develop test plans and procedures</li><li>Assist in the coordination of integrated lab test scheduling</li><li>Develop and maintain integrated test lab operating procedures</li></ul>What you need:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering or related field</li><li>6+ years of experience in aircraft system integration and test, or related field</li><li>Technical understanding of test equipment (Scopes, Meters, and Sensors) for applicable use in a lab environment to drive tests to completion</li><li>Wholistic understanding of aircraft systems and their impact on higher level vehicle capability</li><li>Ability to develop and execute aircraft system verification and validation procedures</li><li>Familiarity with communication protocols such as CAN, A429, Serial (RS-485/RS-422/RS-232), and Ethernet</li><li>Positive and collaborative communication style</li><li>Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills</li></ul>Bonus Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with HIL and/or real-time simulation environments</li><li>Proficiency in Python and its use to develop custom test automation and data processing tools</li></ul>At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
