You will be a part of a cross-functional center of excellence leveraging colleagues across legal, finance, operations, policy, and public affairs to strategize, monitor, strengthen, and report end-to-end program delivery. This is a high-impact role for a detail-oriented systems thinker who excels at building structure out of ambiguity, connecting dots across functions, and designing lasting solutions.What You'll Do:Contract Lifecycle Management<ul style=""><li>Implement and manage a new contract lifecycle management system. Own end-to-end contract lifecycle management processes, ensuring we have the systems and workflows in place to capture and track all our city obligations from procurement phases through to delivery and renewal.</li><li>Oversee and ensure proper contract intake, repository management, extraction, and change control.</li><li>Implement cross-functional SOPs for contract provisioning, compliance planning, stakeholder visibility, milestone tracking, and reporting.</li><li>Manage contract compliance auditing and database administration in partnership with cross-functional delivery teams, finance, and legal.</li><li>Work with bids and proposal teams on growth opportunities including new contracts and change orders.</li></ul>Contract Compliance Oversight<ul style=""><li>Monitor adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements across markets, surfacing risks and gaps proactively.</li><li>Develop dashboards and automated reminders for key dates, milestones, and renewals.</li><li>Lead compliance setup for new city launches and contract amendments in partnership with our compliance operations teams</li><li>Collaborate with our policy, campaigns, and public affairs teams to identify, evaluate, and register contract and program changes, and provide actionable recommendations and insights to drive policy objectives.</li><li>Work closely with the delivery teams and other project team members to identify, analyze, and communicate potential financial, performance, and compliance risks.</li></ul>Compliance Enablement<ul style=""><li>Drive adoption of CLM best practices across cross-functional teams through SOP development, training, guides, and change management strategies.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and/or implement new compliance technologies, tools, and systems as business needs evolve.</li><li>Ensure system scalability and accuracy by incorporating AI-assisted tools and integrations.</li><li>Scope, build, and sustain complementary databases and datasets (e.g., regulations and legislation) in support of compliance work.</li><li>Collaborate with public affairs, operations, and bid &amp; proposal teams during tendering and contracting processes, including supporting due diligence and negotiation, and providing compliance guidance.</li><li>Perform data analysis and modeling in partnership with our data science teams to provide actionable insights, highlight risks, and identify opportunities.</li><li>Provide reporting, insights, and feedback to product and data teams for compliance product and technology development.</li><li>Stay current on legal and regulatory updates affecting contracts and agreements.About you:Education &amp; Experience</li><li>Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with focus on business administration and managementment, law, procurement, compliance, public sector management, or related field</li><li>5 years of related experience in compliance, risk management, or contracts management</li><li>Proficient in government contracting and regulatory frameworks</li><li>Experience implementing or scaling contract lifecycle management systems and practices</li><li>Tech, mobility, or scale-up experience a plus</li><li>Certifications such as CCCM/CPCM/IACCM welcomeSkills &amp; CompetenciesTechnical skills:</li><li>Strong analytical and statistical skills with exceptional attention to detail</li><li>Excellent project management and organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in Airtable (or Salesforce or similar), Google Suite, MS Office, etc. required</li><li>Proficiency in database management, auditing, and compliance reportingCommunication &amp; leadership:</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including ability to influence cross-functional partners and manage stakeholders across legal, finance, operations, and public affairs teams effectively.</li><li>Ability to effectively identify goals and communicate and identify risks and proposed go-forward strategies with cross-functional stakeholders.Mindset:</li><li>Self-starter who takes ownership of work and demonstrates the ability to work independently and collaboratively with others in a team environment.</li><li>Change management mindset – you are comfortable training, onboarding, and driving adoption of new systems globally.</li><li>Agile and solution-oriented cross-functional collaborator, able to navigate and overcome ambiguity and complexity</li></ul>#LI-REMOTE#LI-TG1If you want to make an impact, Lime is the place for you.
