<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Master Planning Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient master production schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization, and supporting the organization's overall supply chain strategy.</p><ul><li>Develop and maintain master production schedules aligned with business objectives and customer demand</li><li>Analyze production capacity, inventory levels, and supply chain constraints to optimize resource allocation</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve forecasting accuracy and production planning processes</li><li>Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management</li><li>Utilize advanced planning software to simulate various production scenarios and make data-driven decisions</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely material availability and production execution</li><li>Conduct regular reviews of production plans and adjust as necessary to meet changing market demands</li></ul>
