We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Engineering team at Ignitis Renewables Latvia, where you’ll contribute to the development of sustainable infrastructure by providing technical expertise in structural design, permitting, and construction oversight. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart!You will contribute to the creation of a green and secure energy ecosystem by:<ul><li>Preparing technical specifications for structural and, where relevant, road design, ensuring alignment with project needs and design standards</li><li>Reviewing structural and road designs to ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and manufacturer requirements</li><li>Supporting and participating in technical-economic feasibility studies to assess the viability of infrastructure projects</li><li>Assisting in obtaining necessary permits and ensuring full compliance with applicable local regulations</li><li>Preparing technical documentation, reports, and specifications for construction projects developed by the Development team, using optimal and cost-effective solutions</li><li>Advising on the condition of existing structures and infrastructure, and identifying necessary repairs when needed</li><li>Contributing to long-term infrastructure maintenance planning to help extend asset lifespan and prevent deterioration</li><li>Providing technical input and feedback during the procurement process, including preparation of specifications for road repair, maintenance, and new access infrastructure installations.</li></ul>
