This role is key to ensuring smooth customer operations, efficient order fulfillment, and continuous improvement of our service processes. <div>On top of order handling, problem solving coming along it, and moderate data analysis and reporting, the role supports the Customer Service Manager in implementing strategic objectives and contributes to optimizing the way of working in the team. </div>Key responsibilities:- Customer/stakeholder handling: Both written and verbal communication with customers and internal stakeholders in English and Spanish to provide end-to-end order process (first point of contact e.g. for status, deliveries, inventory inquiries, back orders).- Order management and coordination: Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment. Working together with transport management, planning and warehouse for smooth customer experience.<div>- Data maintenance: Utilize SAP (Sales and Distribution module) for accurate order processing, tracking, and reporting- Quality and compliance: Compliance with internal procedures. Preferably from B2B environment.- Studies in related field.- Fluent in English and Spanish.- Good communication skills. Team spirit.- Analytical mindset with reporting capabilities.- Excel skills.
