This role ensures efficient material flow, accurate inventory control, timely production scheduling, and effective team leadership. Principal Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise Scheduling, Inventory, Shipping, Receiving and Compounding departments</li><li>Manage shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of WIP, components, and finished goods</li><li>Oversee inventory control activities including cycle counts, variance investigations, and month-end reporting</li><li>Ensure raw material availability and manage MRB transactions for regrind material</li><li>Maintain organization and cleanliness of WIP racks, component racks, and shipping areas</li><li>Review and investigate Inventory Adjustments (IAs) before submission</li><li>Act as backup to the Plant Scheduler and support production planning activities</li><li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the department</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Completion of High School</li><li>College or University in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred</li><li>Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment</li><li>Technical understanding of production planning and inventory systems</li><li>Familiarity with ISO 9001, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S</li><li>Proficiency in ERP, MES, and Microsoft Office</li><li>Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving skills and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization</li></ul>IPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicant’s accessibility needs due to disability.
