We are seeking a dynamic Group Intercompany Controller to lead, support, and challenge our business operations to achieve excellence in this area. This important role is primarily based in Glasgow, with occasional travel within the UK and to India.Why Aggreko? Here are some of the perks and rewards:<ul><li>A competitive salary and benefits package (including but not limited to pension plan, bonus scheme, and Life Assurance) </li><li>Generous holiday entitlement, with option to ‘buy’ or ‘sell‘ </li><li>A focus on continued personal development </li><li>Paid time off work for volunteering in the community </li><li>Access to our Employee Assistance Programme which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyle </li></ul>What you’ll do:<ul><li>Establish and operate governance processes to drive compliance with Group intercompany policies and procedures</li><li>Drive process compliance through partnering with operational finance teams to identify and implement corrective actions</li><li>Analyse and resolve intercompany mismatches, disputes and aged settlement positions collaboratively</li><li>Identify and support the implementation of process improvements</li><li>Collaborate with Group Finance, Tax and Treasury teams to ensure effective governance and controls</li><li>Provide training and support to intercompany stakeholders across the business</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred</li><li>Experience in a Controllership or Compliance role within a global business environment; exposure to complex intercompany processes preferred</li><li>Proven ability to drive compliance with Finance processes and effectively operate governance frameworks</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels</li><li>Ability to work autonomously and to seek out, understand and analyse complex information</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
