You will work closely with Design Engineering, Quality and Production to take product design changes and new designs from initial concept through prototype development and into full production.  <br><br>The Role<br>•Lead Quality Engineers efforts focused to achieve world-class results<br>•Develop &amp; manage the single agenda for quality to acknowledge, guide &amp; focus the organization on the quality high hitters affecting our customers<br>•Translate voice of customer, assure a clear deployment from quality engineers &amp; key company positions<br>•Facilitate the close collaboration with design, manufacturing &amp; supplier chain teams to define quality acceptance standards and implement immediate actions focused on protect our customer’s satisfaction<br>•Coordinate &amp; maintain quality confirmation mapping and use this document as visual control tool<br>•Create the process to identify critical characteristics and monitor their performance through a robust control plans<br>•Confirm action’s impact on internal &amp; external indicators<br>•Encourage the organization to achieve best in the world results through a constant continuous improvement and proactive mindset<br>•Travel up to 25%, occasionally on short notice<br><br>Qualifications<br>•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and +5 years of equivalent experience required in automotive Industry<br>•Exemplary verbal, written and presentation skills<br>•Demonstrated leadership ability to build outstanding teams and interface well with senior &amp; executive management<br>•Knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, 5S and Six Sigma process<br>•Certification preferred – American Society for Quality, Six Sigma Black Belt, etc.<br>•Capability to implement actions oriented to customers, building a good quality image, reliability &amp; market acceptance<br>•Ability to create improvement plans for quality with productive areas to achieve desired results<br>•Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilities</p><div><div><p>By Submitting your application, you understand and agree that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our <a href="https://www.lucidmotors.com/s3fs-public/pdf/candidate-privacy-notice.pdf">Candidate Privacy Notice</a>.
