We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Play a critical role in scaling Archer's growth by providing full-life cycle recruiting support of new hires across multiple teams that will transform the future of urban air mobility </li><li>Utilize creative sourcing strategies to engage with passive candidates for niche technical roles</li><li>Conduct thorough phone screens to evaluate candidates' experience and motivations</li><li>Craft and distribute effective job descriptions to build a compelling pitch for qualified candidates</li><li>Partner with recruiting operations, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders to understand and prioritize hiring needs</li><li>Provide exceptional candidate experience while championing Archer's culture and employment brand</li></ul>What You Need<ul><li>4+ year of experience in a high volume, fast paced support role </li><li>Experience Applicant Tracking Systems, Google Workspace and LinkedIn Recruiter</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to interact effectively with team members, hiring managers, and candidates</li><li>Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information</li><li>Keeping a growth mindset with a positive attitude in fast-paced environment</li><li>Willingness to take on ad hoc recruiting projects</li></ul>Bonus Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience within the Aerospace industry or EV automotive is highly preferred</li><li>Experience with Greenhouse ATS</li></ul>This role requires a regular on-site presence at our headquarter in San Jose, CA. with an expected in-office schedule of approximately three days per week.Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualificationsAt Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
