Full time. Reports to the Logistics Manager.</li><li>Supervise and manage a team of warehouse and other support staff in multiple satellite locations</li><li>Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including but not limited to shipping and receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment</li><li>Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, including inventory levels, receiving rates, and order fulfillment rates</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise</li><li>Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and guidance to warehouse staff</li><li>Develop and implement training programs to improve warehouse staff skills and knowledge</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment</li><li>Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, including filling in for absent staff and covering breaks</li><li>Maintain a safe working environment and efficient warehouse operations</li><li>Participates in the creation and implementation of short and medium-term goals for the team. Participates in the creation and/or continuous improvement of operational processes, aiming to promote effectiveness, efficiency, and data accuracy.</li><li>Participate as needed in the development and improvement of Archer ERP system.</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency in strategic business decision-making and adaptability to evolving organizational objectives.</li></ul>What you need: <ul><li>5 years of related experience in the aerospace and/or automotive industry. </li></ul>Proficient in SAP<ul><li>Proven record of warehouse and people management</li><li>Effective organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to communicate in a professional business manner, both in writing and verbally. High attention to detail is required.</li><li>Strong computer skills. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment with adaptability to changing priorities.</li><li>Strong team player</li><li>Valid CA driver's licence</li><li>Forklift experience</li><li>Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted. </li><li>Must be able to visually distinguish colors</li></ul>Education<ul><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent is required</li></ul>Bonus Qualifications: <ul><li>BS degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.</li><li>Battery handling experience</li><li>Hazmat handling experience</li><li>Familiar with OSHA regulations </li><li>Commercial driver’s license</li></ul>At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
