Ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy, manage material for engineering and production builds, and coordinate supply chain readiness for new product launches.</li><li>Shortage Resolution: Proactively identify, track, and resolve material shortages. Drive cross-functional teams including supply chain, engineering, and suppliers to find and implement solutions to ensure production continuity.</li><li>Allocation and Supply Strategy: Play a key role in the allocation of components in tight supply. Provide an aggregated view of supply versus demand to drive allocation decisions and communicate the strategy to all stakeholders.</li><li>Excess &amp; Obsolete (E&amp;O) Management: Lead the phase-out of obsolete parts and the transition to new production materials. Identify and mitigate E&amp;O in advance to ensure optimal company decisions.</li><li>Serve as a Strategic Partner: Work hand-in-hand with engineering, operations and finance teams to provide expert insights on supply chain capabilities and ensure alignment on program goals.</li></ul>Desired Skills: <ul><li>Experience: 2+ years of experience in materials program management, supply chain, or strategic sourcing within a complex hardware manufacturing environment.</li><li>Expertise: Domain expertise in materials planning, inventory control, and new product introductions.
