Reporting to the Manager, Workplace Services, this position is responsible for managing a portfolio of internal programs including food services, vehicle services, workwear, vendor relationships, and employee-facing services that contribute to a positive workplace experience.  Acting as a liaison between employees, internal stakeholders and external partners, the Specialist ensures seamless delivery of workplace services across the organization.What you’ll doBecome part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck &amp; rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:Workplace Services Program Management<ul><li>Administer the workwear and food services program, mail management services including vendor oversight, employee support, policy enforcement, and reporting.</li><li>On-site point of contact for the company vehicle program, including processing orders, fleet management and problem resolution.</li><li>Serve as a key resource and subject matter expert for assigned workplace services across the organization, providing timely, effective service and communication to employees.</li><li>Provide backup support for additional Corporate Service programs, such as corporate travel and office operations.</li><li>Other tasks or projects as directed by the Manager, Workplace Services.</li></ul>Vendor &amp; Contract Management<ul><li>Development of new vendor relationships for assigned programs, including scope design, service delivery, and performance management.</li><li>Manage third-party service providers related to workplace programs and office operations, ensuring alignment with service level expectations.</li><li>Monitor performance, address service issues, and assist in contract renewals and negotiations in partnership with Purchasing or Legal as needed.</li></ul>Workplace Experience &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Help ensure consistency in service delivery and employee support across all office locations.</li><li>Identify and implement opportunities to optimize space utilization, sustainability, employee experience, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Respond to employee inquiries and resolve workplace-related issues in a timely and professional manner.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain program documentation, service metrics, and compliance records (e.g., food service cost data, workwear billings, service satisfaction).</li><li>Assist in preparing reporting for leadership and compliance reviews related to assigned program areas.</li><li>Track program performance metrics and prepare regular reports on food service participation, workwear spending, vendor performance, and service levels.</li><li>Ensure programs comply with internal policies and applicable regulations, including ServSafe, workwear requirements, and expense reporting.</li><li>Monitor and maintain budgets, invoices, and reporting as needed.</li></ul>Location &amp; Travel Expectations:<ul><li>This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Blythewood, South Carolina. </li><li>The responsibilities of this role require attendance in office with in-person meetings and events regularly. </li><li>Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.</li><li>Travel: Domestic travel required, approximately 10% of the time.
