ABOUT US: The Queen's Solar Design team is a student-run club  that pushes the envelope for sustainable living.We are mostly a project-based team and are hoping to continue our work on our very own Solar Education Centre, located on West Campus.We are looking for 3 business leads that cover multiple areas of the club, these include:Internal Operations CoordinatorOutreach CoordinatorSocial Media Coordinator Role Overview:Internal Operations Coordinator:The internal Operations Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the internal operations of the club which include:Deans Fund Application.Internal Banking and Processes.Coordination between Co-Captains and Project Managers regarding funds and materials.Outreach Coordinator:We are looking for someone to relaunch our outreach program for kids. For many years, QSDT has welcomed school groups to the Solar Education Centre, giving children hands-on exposure to sustainable living.As the Outreach Coordinator, you will:Reach out to local schools and connect with teachers to organize class field trips to the Centre.Work closely with project managers to make sure the Centre is ready and in good condition to host these visits.Communicate with Co-Captains weekly to check in on progress.Social Media Coordinator:The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating social media posts and the overall club appearance that is online. Qualifications:1. Eagerness to learn about the internal processes of the club.2. Very strong communication skills.3. Ability to work in a team setting.4.
