If that sounds like you, we suggest you keep reading!​​Your new role ​As our new Country Workplace Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all workplace services for Ramboll in Sweden, collaborating closely with the Country Leadership Teams, Workplace Teams and other support function teams. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our sites while driving strategic initiatives across real estate planning, property management, and workplace services. You will act as the key link between the business and our facilities, ensuring spaces are safe, cost-effective, and aligned with organisational needs.In Workplace Management, we focus on six key pillars: data analytics, workplace trends, financial management, strategic delivery, sustainability &amp; ESG, business partnering &amp; stakeholder engagement.
