These include:<ul><li>A relevant higher commercial education at minimum bachelor level</li><li>Minimnum of 5 years work experience in operational and strategic procurement in the industrial or energy transition (green energy) with further consideration given to applicants with measurable procurement experience within public sector or government led energy or sustainability type projects</li><li>A natural drive with a structured and result-oriented approach to assignments</li><li>A solid commercial understanding with strong analytical competencies and a systematic approach</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels with internal as well as external stakeholders</li><li>Consultant oriented mindset with the ability to drive market studies, develop procurement strategies, and manage the entire procurement process from tender setup to contract management</li><li>Fluent at contract negotiation level in both Finish and English</li></ul>About the Procurement department in Solutions for Industry The Procurement department is characterized by an informal and humorous collaboration, where we bring the individual strengths into play through close collaboration.
