We are the rebellious hero.  Position Summary:  The Human Resource Information Services (HRIS) Manager will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our HR Technology resources in collaboration with the HR Operations, benefits, compensation, payroll/Finance, and IT functions. Lead governance and optimization of current HR systems and processes, and project management of planned systems to achieve our business and HR goals. Manage the relationship with vendors and consultants, as primary point of contact for service level agreements and issue resolution. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Audits data entry on a regular basis to review data accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Provides user support including troubleshooting, system function/release communications and development and maintenance of user documentation.</li><li>Research, resolves and documents any data discrepancies.</li><li>Responds to and escalates as appropriate any requests for system data</li><li>Prepares, modifies and distributes routine and customized reports, charts and data files.</li><li>Designs and builds reporting dashboards related to internal data collection.</li><li>Reviews, updates and documents processes, job aids and guidelines related HR System</li><li>Maintain internal database files, tables, codes, backup files, integrity, and security.</li><li>Troubleshooting of feeds between current HR information system (Paycom) and other systems at the Company (benefits, equity management, etc.)</li><li>Identifies needed improvements and enhancements to existing information systems and databases; recommends solutions.</li><li>Handles automated queries, filters, macros, and automated and customized reports.</li><li>Compiles or assists with acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs.</li><li>Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and applications.</li><li>Main point of contact for HR Technology support for HR Team, Managers and Employees.</li><li>Provide support through gathering business requirements, configuration, testing and deployment, as well as trouble-shooting and resolving user questions and systems requests</li><li>Identifies business process requirements and process improvements and works with the process owner to evaluate, prioritize and implement updates.</li><li>­Analyzes, documents and supports application processes and functions.</li><li>Enables and supports efficient processes and the use of HR data that leads to assessing the quality of HR data.</li><li>­Provides data and analysis support within the HRIS team.
