Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Ensure Flawless Products: Verify the dimensional and surface condition of products at various manufacturing stages to meet standards and ensure the highest customer satisfaction.</li><li>Address Defects Promptly: Resolve defects following appropriate protocols to avoid producing scrap and waste.</li><li>Monitor Production: Keep a close eye on specific aspects of the production process and equipment to identify deviations, promptly react, and help avoid scrap and waste.</li><li>Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze measurement data to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement of FST's processes.</li><li>Maintain Quality Systems: Keep quality documentation and systems up-to-date to meet customer requirements and organizational needs, mitigating risks for the organization.</li><li>Support Problem Solving: Assist in investigation and problem-solving activities to identify corrective and preventative actions, achieving capable, sustainable, and safe processes.</li><li>Advise and Support: Provide advice and support to production supervision on quality-related matters, enabling timely decisions for business continuity and protecting both our customers and FST.</li><li>Collaborate for Success: Work collaboratively with operations and engineering teams to ensure appropriate customer and commercial outcomes, driving continuous improvement and market success.</li><li>Document and Improve: Record findings and data from visual inspections to support continuous improvement and mitigate organizational risks.</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities:<ul><li>To ensure the creation and revision of the processes needed for the quality management system and implementation along with ISO 9001 standard.</li><li>Supporting Supplier quality management activities, making supplier assessment and in house test for product material approvals.</li><li>Planning and managing the workflow in the Quality control processes.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.</li><li>Participating in daily performance meetings to follow up daily quality performance and initiate improvement projects with site leaderships and production team members.  </li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>University Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years experience in automotive production systems, especially working with main OEM’s.</li><li>Knowledge and actively applying problem solving methods 8D, 6 Sigma, RedX.</li><li>ISO 9001 experience preferable certified auditor.</li><li>Standing for long periods, fine motor skills, lifting up to 50 lbs., repetitive motions, and working in cleanroom environments.</li></ul> Communication &amp; Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
