By combining technical and business acumen with a focus on customer outcomes, the Architect fosters strong relationships and helps organizations realize measurable value from Workiva’s platform.What You'll Do <ul><li>Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs, data requirements, and desired outcomes with Workiva solutions.</li><li>Engage with Solution Architects and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience throughout onboarding and implementation</li><li>Analyze customer needs and recommend optimal use of Workiva's Data Management Suite to achieve accurate, efficient, and scalable solutions</li><li>Work closely with consulting project delivery stakeholders to define tasks, contribute to project plans, and monitor progress</li><li>Review and establish data integration workflows between various customer systems and the Workiva platform</li><li>Review and develop data queries and reporting solutions that meet customer analytical and reporting requirements, including mentoring internal and external stakeholders on leading practices</li><li>Support knowledge sharing sessions with customer and partner application owners to enable self-sufficiency and ongoing success.</li><li>Review and create documentation for deployed customer and partner solutions, configurations, and best practices</li><li>Support customer and partner success by fostering product adoption, ensuring satisfaction, and contributing to overall customer health</li><li>Collaborate with Customer Success and Partner Experience teams to define expected outcomes and demonstrate the value realized by customers and partners</li><li>Accurately document new and existing data management features and functionalities for internal and external reference</li><li>Stay educated on the Workiva product roadmap to provide effective support and guidance to customers</li></ul>What You'll NeedMinimum Qualifications<div><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field of study such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar</li><li>3 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Solution Architecture, or Consulting</li><li>Bilingual in Portuguese (Native/Executive level) </li><li>Must be available to work during core business hours in the Eastern Time (ET) zone</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<div><ul><li>Candidates must be able to work standard business hours in the Eastern Time Zone (ET)</li><li>Experience integrating or managing Software-as-a-Service applications and enterprise systems, especially in the fields of Accounting &amp; Finance, Audit, Risk &amp; Compliance, or Sustainability</li><li>Expertise in various data structures and schemas from regulated industries (e.g., finance, audit, compliance, sustainability, etc.) with the ability to translate complex regulatory data requirements into intuitive, software-driven workflows</li><li>Prior experience with integration technologies such as Informatica, Microsoft SSIS, Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato, or similar solutions.</li><li>Knowledge of API design philosophy/patterns, communication protocols (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML), and encoding</li><li>Strong understanding of Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and ETL techniques</li><li>Ability to create, review, and troubleshoot queries using SQL.</li><li>Experience with Python </li><li>Passionate about customer success and driving long-term customer value</li><li>Highly data-driven and detail-oriented</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to manage time and prioritize demands.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with technical diagnostic ability</li><li>General computer technology skills (Word/Google Docs, Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides)</li><li>Ability to build credibility and relationships with both business stakeholders and technical leaders at various levels</li><li>Ability to influence at all levels and in various departments</li></ul></div>Travel Requirements and Working Conditions<ul><li>15% Travel for internal meetings</li><li>Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office</li></ul></div>How You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $111,000.00 - $178,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
