You’ll:<ul><li>Provide technical support for our test and measurement products (oscilloscopes and arbitrary waveform generators) via phone, email, customer visits, trade shows, and training courses.</li><li>Collaborate with Customer Service and Repair Service teams to ensure seamless support.</li><li>Work hands-on with electronics applications and measurement techniques.</li><li>Interface with Product Managers, Sales Engineers, and Design Engineering to resolve customer issues and improve product experience.</li><li>Learn to differentiate Teledyne LeCroy products from competitors and articulate technical advantages.</li></ul>This phase builds your technical confidence and customer-facing skills while giving you a comprehensive view of our technology and operations.Year 2 and Beyond – Tailored Rotational Assignments After completing the first year, you’ll transition into a customized development path based on your interests and strengths.
