Here are some of the perks and rewards.<ul><li>Base annual salary</li><li>Annual bonus program tied to company and individual performance</li><li>No premium cost medical plan option available </li><li>Paid training programs</li><li>Career growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement </li><li>Safety-focused culture </li></ul>What you'll do: <ul><li>Optimize fleet utilization and manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets, including acquisition, tracking, capitalization, and disposal with intent to improve fleet management processes for efficiency and effectiveness</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely recording of fixed assets, including reconciliation of physical asset counts and updating asset records </li><li>Support Area logistics on fleet equipment moves, investments and divestments</li><li>Monitor and report Area and National progress on directed fleet decisions and address non-compliance</li><li>Focus on 'end-of-life' assets to ensure proper disposal or sale, maximizing gains on asset sales while enhancing active fleet performance </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and procurement, to align and accurately track assets </li><li>Maintain high visibility of fleet status, including utilization by set size, equipment under repair or inspection, turnaround timelines, and rehires </li></ul>You'll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience </li><li>PC literacy in a Microsoft Office environment (Largely Excel &amp; PowerPoint), experience with an ERP system is preferred</li><li>Proven, effective skills of networking, negotiation, communication and influencing without authority in all levels of an organization</li><li>Demonstrated ability to visualize, gather information, analyze, articulate analysis, and make predictions based upon data analysis</li><li>Proficient at maintaining focus and driving multiple tasks at the same time while working effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Successful track record in coordinating asset movement</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
