As a key player of the Regional HR team, the Payroll Specialist owns and run the payroll process in Spain.The role is based at AFRYs office in Madrid.The main responsibilities include:<ul><li>Management of the full payroll cycle: data entry, calculation, review, and monthly closing</li><li>Settlement of Social Security contributions through SILTRA</li><li>Registration, termination, and changes in Social Security contributions through the RED system</li><li>Communication of contracts through Contrat@ and management of contract modifications</li><li>Processing of temporary disability, accident, severance, and company certificates</li><li>Coordination with the tax and accounting department for accounting of payroll and associated taxes</li><li>Generation of monthly reports and documentation support for HR and management</li><li>Monitoring and updating applicable collective bargaining agreements</li><li>Support with general labor administrative tasks, ensuring internal controls compliance in accordance with Corporate directives and policies</li><li>Prepare documentation and manage external and internal audits</li><li>Support and promote digital transformation</li></ul>
