To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated chemist or chemical engineer (m/f/d) who will drive our research and development forward and actively contribute to the further development of our technologies.</p><h2>Tasks</h2><p>The successful candidate should fit to the following broader job description:</p><ul><li>Planning, conducting, and evaluating laboratory experiments for the production, characterization, and application of artificial humic substances</li><li>Development and optimization of synthesis and analysis methods</li><li>Assistance in scaling laboratory processes to pilot and production plants</li><li>Technical support in the chemical laboratory, including maintenance and documentation of equipment and processes</li><li>Preparation of specifications for the procurement of services, materials, and laboratory equipment</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a comparable field of study</li><li>Initial practical experience in organic chemistry, process engineering, or materials science is an advantage</li><li>Confident use of common laboratory and analysis methods; SAP knowledge desirable</li><li>Good command of English is required. <p>The world's population is projected to grow to 10 billion people in the next 30 years. Consequently, we can also expect that emission levels will follow a similar trend, hence increasing global warming. The increase of CO2 concentration of the atmosphere has a high correlation to the growth of the population.
