The Order Operations Team is responsible for the support of HQ, Sales and Delivery teams from order-, throughout delivery and revenue recognition process. Defining, implementing and executing efficient processes will be key to enabling smooth order placement, management and rapid deliveries while providing Lucid customers an exceptional luxurious experience.  </p><p> </p><p>The responsibilities of the Transaction Excellence Specialist are listed but not limited to lead end-to-end operational excellence across our order-to-delivery lifecycle. This individual will drive process optimization by identifying operational gaps, execute the projects and process improvements within set deadlines, analyze the impact of changes, develop clear instructional guides, and ensure that communication, training, and adoption strategies are executed effectively. A key aspect of this role is to continuously challenge the status quo, measure performance metrics, and deliver data-driven insights.
