You'll serve as the technical escalation point for complex systems issues while designing and deploying enterprise-level solutions that support our growing robotics operations. This role features a mix of advanced troubleshooting, escalations, strategic infrastructure projects, automation, and systems architecture. You'll ensure our IT infrastructure scales securely and reliably to support both corporate operations and robot delivery services.
