The role focuses on leading and developing the sales team dedicated to small and medium-sized Distribution System Operators (DSOs) across the DACH region. As a key driver of sales growth, this position ensures efficient customer acquisition, supports long-term account development, and contributes to scaling envelio’s impact in the energy sector. The Team Lead is responsible for guiding the team toward achieving ambitious sales targets, continuously optimizing sales processes, and aligning with broader organizational strategies. With a combination of strategic planning, operational oversight, and people leadership, this role bridges the gap between individual sales execution and company-wide growth objectives.
