AECOM is seeking a talented Civil Engineering Intern to join our team here at the Burnaby, BC office!This is a 4 month or 8 months term that will begin in January 2026.Job responsibilities include but not limited to:<ul><li>Assist the Project Coordinator with transportation projects .</li><li>Provide project coordination assistance for design and construction of infrastructure projects to support project managers with ensuring delivery of design deliverables.</li><li>Support project managers with routine and non-routine tasks.</li><li>Under supervision, work with 3rd parties and client organizations</li><li>Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.</li><li>Processes documents (including indexing into database and/or enterprise content management system).</li><li>May serve as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues.</li><li>Typical duties will include:<ul><li>Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.</li><li>Monitor project costs and budgets.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.</li><li>Set up new projects and track monthly billing.</li><li>Prepare project schedules and monitor progress of work.</li><li>Review and compile client submittals</li><li>Assist with the preparation of technical specifications and bid documents</li></ul></li></ul>
